1. About KAMEX KAMEX specializes in Pokémon Trading Card Game products with a focus on condition, handling, and presentation. Every item is individually reviewed and prepared to a consistent standard, with Near Mint condition as our benchmark where applicable.

2. Products & Descriptions We make every effort to accurately describe and represent our products, including condition, edition, and grading where applicable. Condition assessments are based on our internal standards and minor variations may be present. Images are provided for reference — please review all descriptions carefully prior to purchase. Trading card values and conditions are subjective in nature, and it is the buyer's responsibility to review all product details before purchasing.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. KAMEX reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. KAMEX is not responsible for pricing errors and reserves the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

5. Shipping & Handling Orders are carefully prepared, documented, and recorded prior to shipment for quality control and verification purposes. Items are packaged using protective materials to support safe transit. Once dispatched, handling during delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. Buyers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. KAMEX is not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers or customs.

6. All Sales Final All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. All sales are final and returns are not accepted. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

7. Intellectual Property All content on www.kamextcg.com, including logos, images, and text, is the property of KAMEX and may not be reproduced without written permission. Pokémon and all related names, artwork, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. KAMEX is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company.

8. Limitation of Liability KAMEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where KAMEX operates.
