Preorder & Backorder Policy

At KAMEX, we work with licensed vendors and distributors to bring you Pokémon TCG sealed products, including Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), Special Collection boxes, bundles, and blisters, as they become available. Product availability is subject to distributor allocation. KAMEX cannot guarantee quantities or release windows, as these are determined by our distributors and The Pokémon Company International. The following policy applies to all preorder and backorder purchases.

Payment

All preorders and backorders require full payment at the time the order is placed. By completing a preorder purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Pricing

Preorder prices are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on market conditions and distributor pricing. Distributor MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies may also affect final pricing. If a price adjustment is necessary after your order is placed, we will notify you via email. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and for any reason.

Estimated Release & Ship Dates

Estimated release or ship dates are provided as a courtesy based on distributor and publisher information and are not guaranteed. Dates are subject to change without notice due to distributor scheduling, allocation changes, or decisions by The Pokémon Company International.

Cancellations by Customer

If you wish to cancel your preorder or backorder, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests submitted after this window will not be accepted, as orders may already be in process with our distributors. To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, contact us at hello@kamextcg.com with your order number.

Order Cancellations & Fulfillment Issues

KAMEX reserves the right to cancel any preorder or backorder at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to supply limitations, distributor delays, pricing changes, or product unavailability. If we are unable to fulfill your order or choose to cancel it, you will be notified via email and offered the choice of a full refund to your original payment method or store credit. The choice is yours. We are under no obligation to obtain your permission or acknowledgement prior to cancellation.

Shipping Order

When products become available, preorders and backorders are fulfilled starting with the oldest orders first. We will always make every effort to fulfill each order placed.
