Is this a Monthly Subscription?
Yes — the KAMEX Pokémon Mail Club is a monthly subscription. You'll be charged each month and receive a new themed edition delivered right to your mailbox.
When will I be billed?
All subscriptions are billed on the 21st of each month. Your first order is billed immediately at the time of sign-up. Billing happens automatically after that — no action needed on your end.
Is there a cut-off time to subscribe?
Yes — to receive that month's letter, you need to subscribe before the 21st. Orders placed after will be included in the following month's shipment.
When does my mail ship?
We ship all orders on the 28th of each month. This ensures each subscription has been fully designed, printed, and packed before it goes out — so what arrives in your mailbox is complete, intentional, and ready to enjoy.
Can I cancel Anytime?

Is the art made by real artists?
Yes — every art print included in the Mail Club is created by a real human.
Are the Pokémon cards real TCG cards?
Yes — every Pokémon card included in the KAMEX Pokémon Mail Club is a genuine, authentic Pokémon Trading Card Game card. No fakes, no reprints. Each subscriber receives a different card — hand-picked to complement the month's theme. It's a surprise, and it's yours.
Will I know which cards I'm going to receive?
No — it's a surprise! The cards are hand-picked to complement the month's theme and revealed when your envelope arrives. This is a collector and fan experience, not an investment product — the joy is in the story, not the market price.
Will I get a tracking number?
Our Pokemon Mail Club ships as a standard 5x7 envelope with a regular stamp — just like a real letter. Because of this, tracking is not available. It's part of the charm of getting something real in the mail.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the curated and physical nature of the Mail Club, all sales are final once the envelope has shipped. If your mail arrives damaged or is missing, reach out to us at hello@kamextcg.com and we'll make it right.
