A monthly mail club bringing authentic Pokémon TCG cards and Pokémon art created by a real artist straight to your mailbox.

What’s included?

  • 3 Authentic Pokémon TCG Cards — Curated for the experience, not the chase. Different for every subscriber. Always a surprise. Plus... Each month, randomly selected subscribers receive an IR or SIR as one of their three cards. Not every envelope includes an IR or SIR, and receiving one in a previous month does not guarantee one in future months.
  • 5×7 Art Print — Artist-created Pokémon art to collect and display.
  • Pokémon Lore Infographic — A quick, illustrated guide to the featured Pokémon’s stats, abilities, and fun facts.
  • Binder Insert Art Card — Standard size made for your binder.
  • Sticker — A holographic or waterproof sticker. Style varies by month.
  • Occasional Surprise Extras — Every now and then, something extra finds its way in.

How Much?

✦ Special rate: $12/month, shipping included. New subscriptions increase to $16/month in January 2027. Join before the price change and keep your $12 rate while continuously subscribed. Canceling ends this rate. Taxes may apply at checkout.

Regular untracked mail is included with your subscription. 

Please note: Free shipping applies to the Mail Club subscription only, with no minimum required. Other KAMEX store orders qualify for free shipping on orders of $55 or more.

Is this a Monthly Subscription?

Yes — the KAMEX Pokémon Mail Club is a monthly subscription. You'll be charged each month and receive a new themed edition delivered right to your mailbox.

When will I be billed?

All subscriptions are billed on the 25th of each month. Your first order is billed immediately at the time of sign-up. Billing happens automatically after that — no action needed on your end.

Is there a cut-off time to subscribe?

Yes — to receive that month's letter, you need to subscribe before the 25th. Orders placed after will be included in the following month's shipment.

Are the Pokémon cards real TCG cards?

Yes — every Pokémon card included in the KAMEX Pokémon Mail Club is a genuine, authentic Pokémon Trading Card Game card. No fakes.

When does my mail ship?

We ship all orders on the 29th of each month. This ensures each subscription has been fully designed, printed, and packed before it goes out — so what arrives in your mailbox is complete, intentional, and ready to enjoy.

Can I cancel Anytime?

Of course! You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account portal or email us at hello@kamextcg.com

Is the art made by real artists?

Yes — every art print included in the Mail Club is created by a real human.

Will I know which cards I'm going to receive?

No — it's a surprise! The cards are hand-picked and revealed when your envelope arrives. This is a collector and fan experience, not an investment product — the joy is in the story, not the market price.

Will I get a tracking number?

Our Pokemon Mail Club ships as a standard 5x7 envelope with a regular stamp — just like a real letter. Because of this, the included regular mail is untracked. It's part of the charm of getting something real in the mail. 

Can I get a refund?

Due to the curated and physical nature of the Mail Club, all sales are final once the envelope has shipped. If your mail arrives damaged or is missing, reach out to us at hello@kamextcg.com and we'll make it right.

What should I do if my mail hasn't arrived?

Once your KAMEX Mail Club envelope has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email letting you know it's on its way!

All Mail Club orders are sent through USPS in standard stamped envelopes without tracking. Please allow 5–10 business days from the shipping date for delivery. Occasionally, postal delays may extend this timeframe. Please note that business days exclude weekends and postal holidays.

Still haven't received your mail after 18 business days? Contact us with your order number, and we'll be happy to assist you!

Can I send a letter back to KAMEX?

A lot of our subscribers have asked if they can send us a letter back, and of course you can! We’d love to hear from you and get to know the person on the other side of the envelope. Tell us a little about yourself, your favorite Pokémon, or whatever you feel like sharing. We don’t send extra mail in reply, just your regular Mail Club subscription, but we love reading your letters. So if you feel like sending us some snail mail, please feel free!

Can I share my Mail Club on social media?

Absolutely! We’re still building our social media presence. We have TikTok and IG accounts, though we’re not as active on them as we’d like to be just yet. We’d love to see your Mail Club photos, so feel free to share your subscription and tag @thekamexpost
