Subscription Policy

Billing

All Mail Club subscribers are billed on the 21st of each month. If you subscribe before the 21st, your first charge occurs immediately at checkout. Your subscription then renews on the 21st of each following month.

Shipping

Monthly letters are sent out on the 28th of each month. Shipping is included in your subscription. Delivery times vary by location. KAMEX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or any circumstances outside our control.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal. Cancellations made before the 21st will take effect before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made on or after the 21st will apply to the following month.

Skipping & Pausing

You can skip or pause your subscription at any time through your customer account. Changes must be made before the 21st to affect the current month's billing.

Refunds

Due to the curated nature of the Mail Club, we do not offer refunds on shipped letters. If your letter arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Card & Artwork Contents

Each monthly envelope contains a curated selection of Pokémon TCG cards that are unique to each subscriber — no two envelopes will contain the same cards. Card selection is made by KAMEX and cannot be requested or predicted in advance. This is part of what makes each Mail Club letter a one-of-a-kind experience.

While the cards vary per envelope, all subscribers receive the same artwork print and stickers each month. Card condition is Near Mint (NM) unless otherwise stated.

No Guarantee of Value

Cards included are not guaranteed to have any specific market value. KAMEX makes no representations about the investment potential of any cards included in the Mail Club.

Card Authenticity

All cards included are guaranteed authentic and sourced from legitimate distributors. If you have concerns about authenticity, please contact us directly before taking any third-party action.

Age Requirement

The KAMEX Mail Club subscription is intended for customers 18 years of age or older, or minors with parental or guardian consent.

Right to Modify

KAMEX reserves the right to change subscription pricing, contents, or terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes with reasonable advance notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAMEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Mail Club subscription program.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this subscription will be governed by the laws of the state in which KAMEX operates. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing third-party action.
