Refund & Return Policy

At KAMEX, all sales are final. Due to the nature of trading card collectibles and the grading process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Why We Have This Policy

Trading cards are highly condition-sensitive collectibles. Once a card leaves our possession, we are unable to verify its condition or authenticate its integrity. KAMEX is not responsible for any wear, scratching, or deterioration that occurs after delivery, including damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or use. To protect the value and authenticity of our products for all customers, we maintain a strict all-sales-final policy.

Authenticity

 All cards sold by KAMEX are guaranteed authentic at the time of shipment. Any authenticity dispute must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Claims inconsistent with our shipping documentation will be denied.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 If you receive a damaged shipment or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@kamextcg.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Every order is carefully inspected, documented, and recorded prior to shipment. We will review each case against our fulfillment records and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

Chargebacks & Disputes

 We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Every order fulfilled by KAMEX is thoroughly documented throughout the packing and shipping process. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in being permanently banned from purchasing through KAMEX and reported to our payment processor.
