KAMEX is active on YouTube and TikTok, where we share inventory showcases, card highlights, and Pokémon TCG content. This policy outlines how we use our platforms and how we handle content created by our community.

Our Content

Content posted on KAMEX's official social media channels, including YouTube and TikTok, is created and owned by KAMEX. This includes card showcases, inventory reveals, and any other content we produce. Our social media content is for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

Hashtag Campaigns & Community Content

KAMEX may from time to time run hashtag campaigns inviting our community to share their purchases, collections, or experiences. By participating in a KAMEX hashtag campaign or tagging KAMEX in your content, you grant KAMEX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, share, or feature your content across our social media channels and website, with credit given where possible.

Participation in any hashtag campaign is voluntary. KAMEX reserves the right to decline to feature any content at our sole discretion.

Content Standards

Any community content shared in connection with KAMEX must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material. KAMEX reserves the right to remove or disassociate from any content that does not align with our brand values.

No Endorsement

Reposting or featuring community content does not constitute an endorsement of the individual, their opinions, or any claims made in their content. KAMEX is not responsible for the accuracy of statements made in user-generated content.

Third-Party Platforms

Our social media activity is subject to the terms and conditions of each respective platform (YouTube, TikTok, and others). KAMEX is not responsible for changes to platform policies or any interruptions to our social media presence.
