How We Handle Every Card

At KAMEX, every card goes through a structured handling and documentation process before it ever reaches a customer. This is how we maintain our standards, protect our inventory, and ensure full accountability on every order.

Protection from the Start

Every card that enters our inventory is immediately placed in a sleeve or toploader. Cards are stored in a controlled environment, protected from humidity and any conditions that could affect their quality. To preserve card integrity, the use of long nails or tools when handling cards is strictly not permitted at KAMEX.

Documentation

Before every order ships, we photograph and video each card as it is packed. This is our way of standing behind every listing — a record that confirms the condition of your card at the moment it left our hands. It's the same standard we'd want as collectors receiving an order ourselves.
