By completing a purchase on KAMEX (kamextcg.com), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through KAMEX are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy. By completing checkout, you confirm that you have reviewed the product listing, condition description, and all applicable policies.

Product Authenticity

All cards and sealed products sold by KAMEX are guaranteed authentic at the time of shipment. KAMEX sources products from reputable vendors, distributors, and sealed product. Any authenticity dispute must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are set at KAMEX's sole discretion. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price charged at the time of purchase is the final price for that transaction, except in the case of preorders, which are subject to our Preorder & Backorder Policy.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a guaranteed sale. KAMEX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraud, or violations of our policies. If your order is cancelled by KAMEX, you will receive a full refund.

Condition & Grading

The condition of every single card sold by KAMEX is assessed against the standard TCG grading scale and clearly disclosed in the product listing at the time of purchase. Our primary standard is Near Mint (NM) or better. For select vintage sets where NM copies are scarce, Lightly Played (LP) cards may be offered and will always be explicitly labeled as such in the listing. KAMEX is not responsible for any wear, damage, or deterioration that occurs after delivery. Condition is documented at the time of packing.

Limitation of Liability

KAMEX's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a purchase, including but not limited to loss of value, market fluctuations, or damage occurring after delivery.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which KAMEX operates. Any disputes arising from a purchase shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

Policy Updates

KAMEX reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
