Order Preparation Every KAMEX order is individually reviewed, prepared, and documented prior to shipment. Items are packaged using protective materials — including sleeves, toploaders, and rigid mailers where appropriate — to support safe transit and maintain card condition throughout delivery.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping — USA & US Territories KAMEX ships to all 50 US states and US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and American Samoa. Free shipping is available on qualifying domestic orders. Shipping is handled via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery timelines are estimated by the carrier and begin once the order has been dispatched.
International Shipping — Canada & Other Countries KAMEX does not offer free shipping outside of the United States and US territories. International customers, including those in Canada, are responsible for all shipping costs, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. KAMEX has no control over customs processing times or additional fees imposed at the border.
Shipping Carriers & Timelines KAMEX ships via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery timelines are estimated by the carrier and begin once the order has been dispatched. KAMEX is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or customs processing times for international orders.
Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. It is the buyer's responsibility to monitor their shipment using the provided tracking information.
Shipping Address Buyers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout. KAMEX is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@kamextcg.com — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged in Transit KAMEX documents and photographs every order prior to shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@kamextcg.com with your order number and photos. We will review the case against our fulfillment records and work with you toward a resolution.
International Shipping International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. KAMEX has no control over customs processing times or fees.
